The final touches in the studio behind the scenes…✨⭐️🌟💫
There’s something so beautifully bittersweet about creating a wedding bouquet. From that very first chat with the bride—talking dreams, styles, and sentimental touches—to planning the floral recipe, conditioning each stem, and gently caring for them in the days leading up to the wedding… it’s truly a process we adore.Every flower is chosen with care. Some we even have to open at home, others we tuck into the fridge to rest—whatever it takes to make sure they’re at their best on the big day.And then comes the moment we finally tie it all together. The bouquet, ready and perfect, just hours before it’s carried down the aisle. This one—created by the incredibly talented Aida was an absolute beauty. All white, soft, airy, and full of movement. We were almost sad to see it go.💔🥰🥰But that’s the magic of what we do. You trust us with these fleeting, precious blooms, and we pour all our love, skill, and care into every stem.Another bouquet, another love story.#WeddingFlorist #IrishWeddingFlorist #BridalBouquet #WhiteWeddingBouquet #FloristLife #WeddingFlowersIreland
POV: You’re about to walk down the aisle on your POV: You’re about to walk down the aisle on your wedding day… and this is what you see.✨⭐️🌟💫Today’s reel captures a little magic from St. Mary’s Cathedral in Killarney, one of the most spectacular churches we’re lucky enough to work in regularly.Wedding season is officially underway, and truth be told, we probably see more of this church than our own homes—but we wouldn’t have it any other way.Every wedding here is totally unique, and with up to three ceremonies a day (yes, 12, 2, and sometimes even 4PM!), it’s safe to say there’s nothing we haven’t seen. Mass, funerals, weddings—you name it, this church is always busy. But we’re a well-oiled machine when it comes to St. Mary’s. If you’re getting married here, rest assured—you want professionals who know the ins and outs, especially on busy days.Today’s aisle was a dream: a soft ivory runner lined with bunches of baby’s breath, fluffy taffeta bows, and our signature candle display that lit the way like a romantic runway. The glow against the stonework? Just stunning. We’ll never tire of this place, and we’re so excited for all the weddings ahead. Happy weekend, everyone!#KillarneyWeddings #weddingflowers #weddingflorist #weddinginireland #irishwedding #weddingaisle #weddingday #weddingdecoration

We hope you all had the most amazing bank holiday We hope you all had the most amazing bank holiday weekend and are soaking up this glorious sunshine—it’s just so good for the soul! ☀️⛅️🕶️🌤️🌥️We’re back at the desk today and, let’s just say… the inbox is overflowing! 🤣Last week was a whirlwind of weddings, and we didn’t get near the computer as much as we had hoped. So today and tomorrow are fully dedicated to catching up—especially with proposals for all the lovely couples we’ve been chatting to recently. If you’re waiting to hear from us, please know your proposal is on the way—we’ve started working through them today and will have the rest sent out by tomorrow evening. Thank you so much for your patience! In the meantime, here’s a little sunshine for your feed—some beautiful snaps from a recent wedding we styled at the stunning Dunloe Hotel. Everything just looks that bit more magical in the sun, and these summer blooms are giving us all the feels for the season ahead. So many gorgeous weddings coming up… we cannot wait!So obsessed with these amazing photos from the incredibly talented @sarahkatemurphyphotography ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Venue | @thedunloehotel
A bouquet for every bridesmaid… and a little pie A bouquet for every bridesmaid… and a little piece of each for the bride. We’re completely in love with this floral trend we created for a recent wedding! Each bridesmaid carried a single stem bouquet — one with delicate baby’s breath, another with elegant white roses, one with lush stock, and one with sleek calla lilies. Then the bride brought it all together in a stunning combination bouquet featuring a touch of each, plus a striking phalaenopsis orchid for that little extra edge. It’s such a gorgeous way to create unity in your bridal party while still letting each bouquet stand on its own. And while we went with a soft white palette here (perfect for those who want to keep things neutral and timeless), this idea would be incredible in colour too — just imagine each bridesmaid with a vibrant bloom and the bride tying it all together with a burst of colour. We’re officially obsessed — and we’re so here for this trend. 🥰🥰🥰#BridalBouquet #WeddingFlowerTrend #BridesmaidBouquets #ModernWeddingStyle
When the brief says “lots of spring colour”, y When the brief says “lots of spring colour”, you just know we’re about to do a happy dance!💃🏻
And for this weekend’s wedding at the 5-star Dunloe Hotel and Gardens in beautiful Beaufort, Killarney — that’s exactly what happened. When it came to ordering flowers and planning the designs, we had zero self-control (and honestly, no regrets!). We went all out, selecting the most gorgeous blooms we could get our hands on — resulting in an amazing mix of textures, tones, and colour palettes that blended together seamlessly. We created a deconstructed arch installation to frame the ceremony space, carefully colour-blocked for a unique, modern vibe.A stunning compote bowl arrangement added a touch of elegance to the ceremony, complemented by delicate pew ends that we later repurposed for the reception (we love when the flowers get to have more than one moment!).For the tables, we styled a romantic mix of bud vases, filled with a dreamy variety of blooms — some locally grown by Irish flower farmers, and some flown in from Holland.A gorgeous combination of butterfly ranunculus, anemones, garden roses, stock, tulips, and so much more brought the whole space to life. (Honestly, there were so many varieties, we could write a whole book on them!)This day was a perfect reminder: don’t be afraid of colour for your wedding! It can truly transform a space and bring so much energy, joy, and beauty to your day.As you’ll see from this reel, it was absolutely stunning and spectacular — and we are so ready for a summer filled with even more colour!!!We are here for it!🌸✨🌿Venue | @thedunloehotel

Let’s talk about the cost of wedding flowers🌿 Let’s talk about the cost of wedding flowers🌿✅‼️As promised, we’ve done our very best to put this post together to give you a clearer idea of typical wedding flower budgets.Of course, no two weddings are ever the same — and floristry is such a variable business — but we hope this gives you a helpful insight into what goes on behind the blooms. There’s so much more to flowers than meets the eye. Behind the scenes, we’re working with a perishable product, time-sensitive logistics, and a whole lot of heart. The pressure to make everything perfect on your big day is real — and florists carry that with care and pride. It’s no secret that wedding florists are known for not charging enough for the time, talent, and dedication that goes into every single wedding.Maybe it’s just part of who we are — always going above and beyond because we truly love what we do.If you’ve found this post helpful, we’d be so grateful if you gave it a like, save, or share. Instagram’s algorithm can be a little tricky lately (especially since hitting 10k!), and every little bit of engagement helps couples see our content. Thanks so much for being here — we’re so glad you are. And we hope this might be helpful 🙏🏻#weddingflowers #weddingsinireland #weddingcost #weddingflowercost #irishflorist #weddingsinireland

Mary has been a busy bee the past few weeks, worki Mary has been a busy bee the past few weeks, working away in our Tie the Knot cut flower garden — sowing seeds, prepping tubers and bulbs, and getting everything ready for a blooming season ahead. There’s something so special about seeing the very first hellebore of spring push its way up through the soil. It’s pure magic. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of cutting a flower you’ve nurtured from seed. Nature is just amazing! We’ve got big plans for the summer season with lots of homegrown beauties in the pipeline.Happy weekend everyone. It won’t be long now… peony season is just aro It won’t be long now… peony season is just around the corner!I watched a brilliant programme last night on RTÉ Home Grown featuring an Irish peony grower, and it reminded me just how much love, care, and hard work goes into growing these stunning blooms. The peony rose is hands-down one of our most requested wedding flowers — and for good reason. Their soft, romantic petals and dreamy scent make them a real showstopper. But with such a short season, they’re like a little floral treasure! If you’re planning a wedding during peony season, you’re in for a treat. We can’t wait to get our hands on these beauties again!#PeonySeason #WeddingFlowersIreland #PeonyLove #IrishWeddings #FloristLife #tietheknotweddings
